Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add breaded chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
