- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine tequila, lime juice, sugar, lime zest, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and let the glaze cool for 10 minutes.
- Arrange the hulled strawberries on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the lime tequila glaze over the strawberries, allowing it to soak in slightly.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving for extra refreshment.

- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute tequila with additional lime juice or a lime soda.
