- 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, or add red pepper flakes for extra flavor, if desired.
