  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows

  • 1 gallon Ice Cream (Any flavor of your choice)

Instructions

  1. For the watermelon pizza, take a large watermelon and cut it into 1-inch thick rounds.
  2. Spread Greek yogurt evenly over each watermelon slice.
  3. Sprinkle granola and mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Cut the watermelon pizzas into wedges and arrange on a platter for serving.
  5. For the s’mores dessert, layer chocolate chip cookies, mini marshmallows, and chocolate sauce in a large dish.
