  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. While the chicken is cooking, toss the sliced bell peppers with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Grill the peppers in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  7. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped parsley to make the lemon aioli.
  8. Serve the crispy air fryer chicken breast with grilled peppers and lemon aioli on the side.
