Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken is cooking, toss the sliced bell peppers with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the peppers in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped parsley to make the lemon aioli.
- Serve the crispy air fryer chicken breast with grilled peppers and lemon aioli on the side.
