- 2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 cup bread crumbs (Italian seasoned)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 8 oz spaghetti (uncooked)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 2 cups potatoes (cubed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for roasting potatoes)

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with mozzarella cheese.
- Dip each stuffed chicken breast in beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, boil a pot of salted water and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Drain the spaghetti and toss it in the garlic butter, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- In another bowl, toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then roast in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Serve the crispy chicken parmesan stuffed with mozzarella alongside garlic butter spaghetti and crispy roasted potatoes.
Notes
- Feel free to add marinara sauce on top of the chicken for extra flavor.
- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- You can substitute chicken with turkey if preferred.
