Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy ketchup sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt to taste until smooth and well combined.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the crispy roasted potatoes warm, drizzled with the creamy ketchup sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
