- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy ketchup sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt to taste until smooth and well combined.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the crispy roasted potatoes warm, drizzled with the creamy ketchup sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

- Feel free to adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before drying and air frying.
