Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumb mixture in a third dish.
- Dredge each tilapia fillet in flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, followed by coating it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Lightly spray or drizzle the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place the breaded tilapia fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
