- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 8 Corn tortillas

- 2, diced Tomatoes
- 1, diced Onion
- 1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- 1, juiced Lime
- 1, mashed Avocado
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow packet instructions, typically adding water and simmering until thickened.
- In a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the fresh salsa.
- In another bowl, mix mashed avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the creamy guacamole.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry corn tortillas one at a time until crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Assemble tacos by placing seasoned beef in crispy tortillas, and top with fresh salsa and creamy guacamole.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
