Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow packet instructions, typically adding water and simmering until thickened.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the fresh salsa.
