These adorable Easter Bunny Cupcakes are perfect for kids! Topped with fluffy frosting and decorated to look like bunnies, they’re a delightful treat for the holiday.

- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- Mini marshmallows
- Chocolate chips
- Pink candy melts (for the ears)
- Green coconut (optional, for grass decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost each cupcake generously with the frosting.
- To create bunny ears, melt the pink candy melts and pour into a bunny ear mold. Let harden.
- Press two mini marshmallows into the frosting for the bunny’s cheeks and place chocolate chips for the eyes.
- Insert the bunny ears into the top of the cupcake.
- If desired, sprinkle with green coconut around the base for a grassy effect.
Notes
- Feel free to use any cake mix flavor you prefer.
- You can also use fondant or other candies for decorating.
