- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for extra crispiness)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the mixture.
- In another bowl, toss the cut potatoes with cooking spray and cornstarch (if using) until well coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the fries to the air fryer basket, placing them around the chicken. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C). If not, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and fries from the air fryer. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced chicken breast with crispy golden French fries on the side.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
