- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or green), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the fajitas in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of bell peppers for added color and flavor.
- If you prefer your veggies a bit more crispy, you can air fry them for an additional 2-3 minutes.
