  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, as preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pound asparagus (trimmed)
  • 4 lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the salmon fillets evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the asparagus with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and arrange the asparagus around them.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
