- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb sauce over the top, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
