  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. While the potatoes are cooking, heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and serve alongside the crispy salmon patties.
