- 2 cans of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- While the potatoes are cooking, heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and serve alongside the crispy salmon patties.
