  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked steamed rice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce. Cook until the cabbage has wilted and is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. If desired, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.
  6. Serve the chicken and cabbage mixture over steamed rice and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes
