- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Add the diced celery, halved grapes, and chopped green onions to the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
