Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the diced celery, halved grapes, and chopped green onions to the bowl.
