  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
