- 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the chicken and cabbage mixture.
- Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with sliced green onions before serving.
