- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and Italian seasoning, and toss again.
- Place the zucchini and tomato mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top and air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
