Ingredients

- 2 cups Fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 Bananas
- 2 cups Vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup Granola
- 1 box Chocolate cake mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cups Whipped cream
- to taste Red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Set aside.
- In individual cups, layer the fruit, followed by a layer of vanilla yogurt, and then a layer of granola. Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions using eggs and water. Bake in a preheated oven as directed.
- Once the cake has cooled, cut it into squares and serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of red, white, and blue sprinkles to celebrate Memorial Day!
