These easy sheet pan nachos topped with seasoned ground beef are the perfect quick and satisfying meal or snack. Ready in just 20 minutes, they are loaded with cheese, jalapeños, and your favorite toppings!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef along with 1/4 cup of water. Stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. On a large sheet pan, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
  5. Top the chips with the seasoned ground beef, black beans, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add the sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, salsa, green onions, and black olives if using.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to customize your toppings with ingredients like diced tomatoes, avocado, or cilantro.
  • For extra flavor, try adding some diced onions or bell peppers while cooking the ground beef.
