Description

These easy sheet pan nachos are loaded with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and all your favorite toppings for a crowd-pleasing snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions for adding water. Stir to combine and heat through.
  4. On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
  5. Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the chips.
  6. Sprinkle the black beans, corn, and jalapeño slices on top.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
