- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; one with beaten eggs; and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip the floured tender into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Finally, coat the tender in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the honey mustard by whisking together honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
- Serve the chicken tenders hot with the honey mustard dipping sauce.
