Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, stirring for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
