- 200g unsalted butter
- 150g granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 4 large egg yolks
- 100g all-purpose flour

- Fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Grease six ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Place them on a baking tray.
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until pale and fluffy.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
- Sift in the flour and salt, and fold gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute before carefully inverting onto plates.
- Serve immediately with fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish.
