Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy dipping sauce by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Once the potatoes are crispy, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately with the creamy dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispy potatoes, you can soak the halved potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking to remove excess starch.
