Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds small to medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for the sauce)
- Salt and pepper to taste (for the sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy dipping sauce by mixing together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately with the creamy dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispy potatoes, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and cooking.
- Feel free to customize the seasoning by adding herbs or spices of your choice.
- Store any leftover potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
