Golden Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes with Creamy Sauce Delight

  • 2 pounds small to medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for the sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (for the sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy dipping sauce by mixing together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately with the creamy dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispy potatoes, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and cooking.
  • Feel free to customize the seasoning by adding herbs or spices of your choice.
  • Store any leftover potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
