- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
- Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto the prepared baking sheets. Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden. Let cool on wire racks before decorating.
