  • 12 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
