- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked brown rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice or quinoa.
