A quick and easy ground turkey stir-fry that’s packed with flavor and can be made in just 25 minutes! Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Green onions, sliced for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on what you have on hand.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or sriracha.
