- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
- In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and salt until crumbly.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top the apples with the oat mixture, spreading it out evenly. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
