- 2 cups Fresh mixed berries
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup, melted Coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh mixed berries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Toss to coat the berries evenly.
- In another bowl, mix together the oats, whole wheat flour, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the berry mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the berries, covering them completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
