- 4 Large eggs

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Make a well in the center and add the eggs and olive oil.
- Using a fork, gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- After resting, divide the dough into quarters and roll out each piece using a pasta machine or a rolling pin to your desired thickness.
- Cut the rolled dough into sheets suitable for lasagna.
- To cook the noodles, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles for about 2-3 minutes until al dente.
- Drain the noodles and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel until ready to use.

- Ensure your work surface and rolling pin are well-floured to prevent sticking.
- For added flavor, you can incorporate herbs into the dough.
