Ingredients

- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup of granola
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and gently fold until combined.
- In serving cups, layer the mixture with mixed berries and granola.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorite fruits.
- You can also add chocolate chips or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for extra flavor.
