- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) for garnish
Instructions
- Remove the steaks from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
