- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the broccoli florets and return the chicken to the skillet.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
