- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 4 cups French fries
- 2 Bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- for garnish Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the French fries.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in this mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
- Spread the French fries on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven according to package instructions or until golden and crispy.
- In the same skillet used for the chicken, add the sliced bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they are tender. Add lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the juicy chicken breasts with crispy French fries and grilled peppers. Garnish with fresh parsley.
