  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 4 cups French fries
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the French fries.
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in this mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
  4. Spread the French fries on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven according to package instructions or until golden and crispy.
  5. In the same skillet used for the chicken, add the sliced bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they are tender. Add lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
