- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches, browning them on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the marinara sauce and let them simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs with the sauce over pasta, rice, or on their own with crusty bread.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Feel free to add Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for future meals.
