Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, almond milk, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Once smooth, transfer the mousse into serving bowls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs before serving.
