- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 pinch pinch of salt
- to taste dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, almond milk, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Once smooth, transfer the mousse into serving bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs before serving.
