- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine ripe avocados, cocoa powder, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Add almond milk gradually until the desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Scoop the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream.
