Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis and carrots.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the veggies and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the veggies and toss again.
- Arrange the veggie slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
