A delicious and refreshing low fat dessert that layers yogurt with fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola.
Ingredients

- 2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your low fat dessert!
