  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, rolled oats (or breadcrumbs), egg, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar for the glaze.
  5. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
