- 2 tablespoons honey

- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract until smooth.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt, mixed berries, granola, and chopped nuts.
- Drizzle honey on top of each parfait.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
