Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 2 cups Pineapple
  • 1 cup Mandarin oranges
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey (if using) and lime juice.
  3. Pour the lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again.
