- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 Kiwi
- 2 cups Pineapple
- 1 cup Mandarin oranges
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey (if using) and lime juice.
- Pour the lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again.
