Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square dish to form the crust. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the crust evenly.
- Layer fresh berries on top of the whipped cream.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream over the berries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set before serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.
Notes
- Feel free to mix and match different fruits based on your preference and what’s in season.
- For added flavor, you can drizzle some chocolate or caramel sauce on top before serving.
