Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and salt, stirring until combined.
  3. Place the pear halves cut-side down in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to caramelize.
  4. Carefully flip the pears and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until they are tender and golden brown.
