Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
- Poke several holes in each potato using a fork. This allows steam to escape while cooking.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
