- 8 oz Pasta (Spaghetti or any preferred type)
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 4 cups Spinach (Fresh)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
